Catering

The City of Oxford requires all events serving alcohol to 40 people or more to obtain an event permit ($75) and security guards. The Oxford Conference Center will procure the event permit and security for the duration of the bar, adding the fees to the final bill. Security costs are dependent on the number of attendees.

Bar services are provided exclusively by Taylor Grocery Special Events Catering. Costs associated with the bar set up and alcohol are paid directly to Taylor Grocery Catering.

Service options include a hosted or cash bar. Package pricing available.

All options require an additional 20% service fee.

• Hosted Bar: The event permit, setup fee, bartenders, and cost of drinks are paid by client.
• Cash Bar: Event permit, setup fee & cost of bartenders are paid by client.  Guests pay for their own drinks at the time of service.

Specialty/signature drinks, wines and Import/Craft Beers are available upon client request.
