The City of Oxford requires all events serving alcohol to 40 people or more to obtain an event permit and security guards. The Oxford Conference Center will procure the event permit and security on your behalf, adding the fees to your final bill. The event permit fee is $75. Security costs are dependent on the number of attendees.

Hosted Bar

The set up fee, bartenders, and cost of drinks is paid by client.

Set up Fee: $100.00

Bartenders: $16.00 per hour per bartender. One bartender required for every 50 guests.

Cash Bar

Set up fee & cost of bartenders is responsibility of client.  Guests pay for drinks.
